The Corten steel arrives flat, in its natural gray state. Folding along the perforations in the steel, you can adjust the planter to the shape that works best for your slope. Over time, the material will develop a distinctive patina of rust that protects the base metal from corrosion. The pointed design allows for easy installation. Simply insert into the ground, then gently pound with a rubber mallet to the desired depth.
